Jefferson Park opened in 2000 and is located in a quiet residential
neighborhood on Jefferson Avenue, in the Town of Perinton.
There are 64 apartments for Seniors and four reserved for handicapped
individuals, regardless of age. Features
include an elevator, resident custodian, community room, laundry, storage, and
handicap-friendly rooms.
Jefferson Park is jointly owned by Perinton Churches Housing, Inc.
and Conifer Realty, LLC, which provides onsite management.
The rent for Jefferson Park is $637 and the maximum income is $26,100
for individuals and $29,820 for couples.

Located on a cul de sac near the heart of the village, Rose Hollow offers
the best of both worlds of independent living in a family setting. There are 12
one-bedroom handicapped-friendly apartments with a community room for group gatherings and
family dinners. Units are 631 sq. ft. The apartments all have their own
private entrance, ample parking at the door, free laundry, storage, and even a community
freezer for stocking up. Rents range from $398-$535 per month based on
income and do not include utilities, which are estimated at $35 per month.

The Roselawn Shared Residence is a single famiy home at 41 Roselawn Avenue in a
quiet residential neighborhood in the Village of Fairport. The home includes 8
individual bedrooms, 3 full baths, double kitchen, common living, dining and sitting
rooms, porches, large closets and private storage areas, yard and garden space and many
other features. Located close to the center of the village, it is readily convenient
to a variety of shops, stores and services, library, churches, parks and bus line.
The home is for those 60 and over, male or female, who are able to live independently,
willing and able to get along with others, share in household chores and decision-making
and able to care for themselves. Roselawn is owned by the Fairport/Perinton Senior
Living Council (SLC).
Rent is limited to 25% of income up to a maximum of $495 and there is no
maximum income limit.
